How quickly can you turn a property around?
Tell us the check-out date and the next move-in date and we'll fit the clean between the two. We work every day from 8am to 8pm, including weekends.
Can we quote the landlord before booking?
Yes. Our end of tenancy prices are fixed per job and published — from £175 for a studio to from £575 for a 5-bedroom property, plus any add-ons. If a property is in heavier condition we'll confirm the price before booking.
Do you only do end of tenancy?
No. We also do mid-tenancy cleans, deep cleans before marketing or viewings, and commercial cleaning for your own branch or office.
Which areas do you cover?
Mainly Queens Park and North West London, plus West and North London.
